Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery We currently ship within Canada only. Standard shipping is available on all orders. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $99 CAD. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages Kervan is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at hello@kervangoods.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
