Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

How to Return To initiate a return, email us at hellokervan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different color or style if available. Please contact us at hellokervan@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless wrong product was shipped to your address.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been washed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
